"Stay Hungry" 3D COPPER Coin

  "Stay hungry. Stay foolish". To some, it may sound like a goofy statement, or one that encourages ignorance. This quote made famous by Steve Jobs, is actually an encouragement to Never Stop. A hungry person is always looking to "nourish" themself in any way that they can. The search for "food" is ongoing. To "Stay Foolish" is a prompt to try things. Quit being afraid of what others might think or say. Have the courage to take risks and challenge the norm of society. Only then, will you find the real you.

  Made from 100% solid COPPER, this Coin has been 3D engraved with a slick looking Sugar Skull-ish on the front side. This took some editing to try and soften out areas and get the depth I was looking for, but it came out GREAT! The back side of this Coin was engraved with the quote, "Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish", along with the year and "Never Rely on Luck".

  The outer edges of the Coin have "reeding" just as you would find on a standard coin of monetary value. After conditioning the entirety and fine tuning the 3D engraving, it was given a special wash, deeply blackened, and then hand rubbed to an antiqued finish. Hoppe's #9 was applied to help richen the look and protect the blackening.
