"Color Explosion" No Luck Charm & Bead ('Burnt End')

If you've been with me for any amount of time, you know that pieces made from Kaotic Artworks resin are truly special. Justin of KA is a pioneer of the more recent craze of mixing various colors into resin... He has an ability to take a multitude of vibrant colors, mix them, and keep them from mudding together!

  Each piece that is cut from a block of Kaotic Artwork resin is truly unique. If I'm fortunate, I'll get maybe 5-6 pieces from a block. That's where the "Burnt Ends" come in... these are even more rare and unique that any other piece that you'll get from a block. The Burnt Ends come from the bottom of the pour; something that I used to actually throw away, until I realized how cool they are. Each Burnt End offers an aesthetic of translucent "veins" running through the resin. On top of that, when you get a Burnt End No Luck Charm, it's almost like having two different pieces due to the polar opposite look that is given.

  This "Burnt End" comes from a custom Kaotic Artworks block that I dubbed "Color Explosion". It features Purple, Blue, Orange, White, Yellow, Green, Red, and is even touting some clear cells!

  If you look at the front face, you'll see the "veins" that I was referring to above. These veins are where a separation of color happen, and heavy clear pigment almost appears to "crack through". The outside of the clear veins are highlighted by a neon yellow hue... When you get this, start by looking it over, and then move it close to your eye... thank me later.

  Both NLC and bead have been precision machined to exacting standards. The outer borders and edges have been hand sanded through a series of grits, all the way into the thousands. This not only rids the piece of machining marks, but it closes any open pours, allowing for a fine finish. After the sanding process on the sides and faces, this has been freehand polished to bring out a beautiful shine. My OG (original) logo is featured on both faces.
